Discussion - none. Motion passes <br />3-0, with one abstention by Commissioner Lundin for lack of <br />sufficient information. <br />Docket.Item 2.024-10 - Amendment.to KCC 1.6.12.260 - This item was <br />submitted by CDS staff. CDS PLANNING MANAGER AYLING presented. <br />This item proposes to amend KCC 16.12.260 to add a preliminary <br />plat approval revision process. CDS Staff recommends approval of <br />this item as presented. Public comments were received by the <br />Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, Kittitas County <br />Public Works, and the Washington State Department of Fish and <br />Wildlife. <br />VICE -CHAIR LUNDIN opened public comment discussion. No public <br />comment. <br />VICE -CHAIR LDNDIN closed public comment. <br />Discussion occurred regarding striking the language "as <br />determined by the department" in Section B, C & E. This will not <br />materially change the intent of the code. <br />COMMISSIONER DENEEN moved to recommend approval of docket item <br />2024-10 to the Board of County Commissioners with the <br />recommendation to remove the language "as determined by the <br />department in Section B, C & E based on the information <br />submitted in the record. COMMISSIONER TAYLOR seconded. <br />Discussion - none. Motion passed 4-0. <br />CDS DIRECTOR BALA requested the that Planning Commission review <br />the Findings of Fact that was provided. Corrections will be made <br />in regard to the decisions and recommendation discussed and <br />motioned at today's public hearing. There was an agreement to <br />continue this public hearing to hear and approve the Findings of <br />Fact. <br />COMMISSIONER TAYLOR motioned to continue the hearing to <br />September 11, 2024 at 6:00 PM.
