Motion <br />passes 3-0, with one abstention by Commissioner Lundin for lack <br />of sufficient information. <br />Docket Item 2024-09 - Title 12 - This item was submitted by <br />Kittitas County Public Works. CDS DIRECTOR BALA, PUBLIC WORKS <br />ENGINEER CURTIS and PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR FREDRICKSON presented. <br />This item proposes clarifications of private road standards <br />regarding private road certifications, private road design <br />standards (Table 12.04.04-1), description of civil review <br />processes, removal of an unnecessary turnaround requirement, <br />including code language to be consistent with Ord 2022-017, 2022 <br />Article VII. Driveway Access, and mylar submittal requirements. <br />CDS Staff recommends approval of this item as presented.
