Assumptions: <br />• For comment response, Kimley-Horn will lead effort, but the county will aid. <br />• Assumes there will be no major policy shifts after development of Draft Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br />• Commerce 60-day notice to be developed and send by County. <br />• Final CFP assumes no major changes to Draft CFP. <br />Task 13: Final Easton Sub -area plan <br />The Task will include an updated Plan which responds to comments on the review of the draft <br />Easton Sub -area plan. In addition, code updates will <br />address changes needed for consistency with policy changes and required updates to the critical <br />area regulations. <br />Proposed Deliverables: <br />• Scoping potential code changes.
