Kittitas County Lower Valley Transfer Station <br />September 30, 2024 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />SCS will review and provide responses to an estimated 130 Request For Information (RFI) and <br />prepare an estimated 30 Design Change Notices. <br />Assumptions <br /> 147 Submittal Reviews (Estimated 2.5 hours per submittal) <br /> Respond to 130 RFIs (Estimated 4 hours per RFI) <br /> Develop 30 Design Change Notices (Estimated 14 hours per DCN) <br />1.3 Project Meetings and Specialty Inspections <br />One SCS staff will participate in 30 – 1-hour progress meetings remotely throughout the 15- month <br />project duration. <br />The SCS team will provide approximately 20 specialty inspections of project components throughout <br />the project duration. Each inspection will include 4–hours of onsite time and travel time from either <br />Seattle of Spokane. <br />Assumptions <br /> Attendance of one SCS staff at 30 – 1-hour project meetings (remotely) <br /> 20 Specialty Inspections- 4-hours onsite <br />1.4 Geotechnical Engineering Support <br />SCS’s subconsultant will provide approximately 60 hours of engineering services providing the Owner <br />with support during construction on an as needed basis. <br />Assumptions <br /> 60 Hours of Geotechnical Engineering Support <br />1.5 As-Builts and Project Closeout <br /> <br />SCS will prepare as-built drawings utilizing contractor provided markups.
