Statements will be evaluated immediately with final selection targeted for January <br />2025 <br />Kittitas County reserves the right to accept or reject one or more statements or any items or part <br />thereof or to waive any information or irregularities in the response provided. Kittitas County <br />shall have the sole discretion to determine the most responsible responder. <br />AGREEMENT OF SERVICES: <br />Selected Consultant(s) will be expected to enter into a standard Kittitas County Professional <br />Services Agreement. Insurance requirements are included in that agreement. The contract period <br />shall be January 2025 through December 2025. <br />TIME FOR COMPLETION: <br />All work shall be complete by August 1, 2025. <br />DISQUALIFICATION: <br />In compliance with Executive Order 12549, the County will not award a contract to any <br />contractor or subcontractor that has been debarred or suspended or otherwise excluded from <br />participation by Executive Order 12549.
