Countywide or Multi- <br />Department Project Idea <br />Central Services Committee <br />Management Team <br />Project Sponsor(s) conduct initial <br />research and prepare materials <br />for Central Services Committee <br />Central Services Committee reviews project and <br />evaluates scope & key criteria to determine <br />viability. Provides feedback to sponsor and <br />recommendation to Management Team/BOCC <br />Reviews & discusses project.
