• County will assist in gathering contact information for outside service providers and assist <br /> with contact for information for CPF. <br /> • Assumes keeping current CFP format and just updating the information in the Plan <br /> consistent with GMA. <br /> • The consultant team will support the County to distribute LCA results at the Transportation <br /> Analysis Zone(TAZ)level including 2046 growth projections for CFP needs. <br /> • The consultant team will work with the County to distribute TAZ analysis to service providers <br /> for the 6-and 20-year CFP. <br /> • County will assist with assumptions for 6-year financing plan. <br /> Task 11 : SEPA <br /> Task wilt include defining the proposal including any policy and code changes and prepare a SEPA <br /> Checklist and draft Determination of Non-Significance for County review.Individual docket reviews <br /> are not anticipated.An expanded checklist is assumed and would include technical evaluations <br /> developed for the Comprehensive Plan Update(e.g.needs and trends for elements,transportation <br /> modeling results)issuance.We will prepare a revised checklist and notice for County issuance, <br /> and two rounds of review are assumed for this documentation. <br /> Proposed Deliverables: <br /> • Preparation of public notices in coordination with the county. <br /> • Preparation of Determination of non-significance <br /> • Draft and final SEPA documents <br /> Assumptions: <br /> Consultant will prepare a revised checklist and notice for County issuance,and two rounds <br /> of review are assumed for this documentation. <br /> Task 12: Final Comprehensive Plan <br /> The Task will include an updated Plan which responds to comments on the review of the draft <br /> Comprehensive Plan.We will continue to adjust the Comprehensive Plan as needed as the plan <br /> moves through the adoption process. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Update draft comprehensive plan based upon comments from the county and in response <br /> to public comments received. <br /> • Prepare technical memos as needed for the record to support adopted of the Plan. <br /> • Update Draft CFP. <br /> • Include new and revised policies as needed to respond to comments and build the record. <br /> • Create a response to public/agency comment response. <br /> • Supply the county with a final comprehensive plan for adoption. <br /> 8 <br />
