Comparing years 2023 vs 2024, January through August, all <br /> usage numbers are higher. Circulation (excluding digital library) <br /> is +7%. New borrowers increased +10%. Digital library usage is <br /> up +32%. <br /> We had our busiest Summer Reading Program to datel From our <br /> f irst event to last, we exceeded expectations in attendance and <br /> participation. Our largest turnout was with "The Reptile Lady" <br /> which was held in collaboration with the Roslyn Library. Due to <br /> preprogram interest, we rented a larger space - over 250 people <br /> were in attendance. Partnering with the FISH program sack <br /> lunches were delivered to the kids after each program. <br /> According to FISH, the library was the busiest of their daily <br /> meals in Kittitas County. <br /> The City of Cl a Elum has provided a proposed budget increasing <br /> the library's 2025 budget by -$23,000.00.
