Voter pamphlets, which will include information on Proposition 1, including statements <br /> from the Pro and Against Committees,will be mailed the week of October 9. The online <br /> voter pamphlet is available September 20. Voter ballots are mailed to registered voters <br /> October 15. As part of the public outreach, informational mailers will be sent about this <br /> time and a second mailer sent the last week of October.
