The Ranch on Swauk Creek Planned Unit Development is located on the west side of Hwy 97 south of Ranch and Burke Roads in Sections 27, 28, 33, 34 all within Township 20 North, Range 17 East, W.M., Kittitas County.

7. In response to the comments from Larry D. Swartz dated July 17t', 2024, we <br />would like to clarify that this application for the Development Agreement does <br />not alter the requirements set forth in Kittitas County Ordinance 2006-59 nor the <br />Ranch on Swauk Creek Final Development Plan as approved by Resolution <br />Number 2017-073. This application for a Development Agreement only modifies <br />the time frame within which the actual development and construction process <br />will occur. All requirements of Kittitas County Ordinance 2006-59 and the Ranch <br />on Swauk Creek Final Development Plan as approved by Resolution Number <br />2017-073 will be met or exceeded. <br />8. In response to the comments from Scott Downes, the Regional Land Use Lead <br />for the "Department of Fish and Wildlife, that were.dated. July 22"d, 2024, we. <br />would like to clarify that this application for the Development Agreement does <br />not alter the requirements set forth in Kittitas County Ordinance <br />b 2006- 9 nor the <br />Ranch on Swauk Creek Final Development Plan as approvedY <br />Number 2017-073. This application for a Development Agreement only modifies <br />the time frame within which the actual development and construction process <br />will occur. All requirements of Kittitas County Ordinance 2006-59 and the Ranch <br />on Swauk Creek Final Development Plan as approved by Resolution Number <br />2017-073 will be met or exceeded. We do not agree to change any of the <br />previously agreed to development standards as they were approved in Kittitas <br />County Ordinance 2006-59 and the Ranch on Swauk Creek Final Development <br />Plan as approved by Resolution Number 2017-073. <br />
