The Ranch on Swauk Creek Planned Unit Development is located on the west side of Hwy 97 south of Ranch and Burke Roads in Sections 27, 28, 33, 34 all within Township 20 North, Range 17 East, W.M., Kittitas County.

This will be done to provide a seamless <br />transition from the: Group "B" water systems developed for Division 1 of Phase I to ^ <br />the Group "A" water system that will provide water for future divisions and phases of <br />the development. <br />Q. A Troup "A" water system will be planned and constructed as approved, by they <br />Washington State Department of Health for each future division of each phase of the <br />development prior to final approval for said Division. <br />P. The applicant wiii provide community septic systems for the; initial phase of the <br />project. The community septic systems will be designed by a license septic designer <br />and approved by the Kiental <br />KittitasCounty EnvironmHealth Department. These <br />into a Class A <br />community septic systems will be designed for a seamless <br />itio trusted for fixture <br />Reclaimed Water System Facility to be planned, approved <br />phases of the project. h the Vie A <br />Q. A Class "A" Reclaimed Water Facility will be developed and approvedY <br />State: Dept, of Ecology and the WA Stater Dept. of Health. The system shall be <br />constructed when the volume of sewage to be treated reaches a volume that allows for <br />the successful operation of the Class "A" Reclaimed Water Facility as approved by <br />the Washington State Department of Health and the: Washington State Department of <br />Ecology. <br />R. Withdrawals of groundwater on the subject property will be subject to the males and <br />regulations adopted and administrated by the WashingtOn State Dcpartment of <br />Ecology. <br />S. Site grading shall comply with Kittitas County Code 14.08. <br />IV. Noise <br />A. All county noise ordinances shall apply to the project <br />B.
