EXHIBIT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />Warranty: <br />The new PLC is provided with a 1-year warranty. AEU will require remote access to the <br />system through the internet to support the warranty. AEU has included in this proposal a <br />maintenance computer on site, connected to the security network. AEU has not included <br />any internet access costs with this proposal. <br />Schedule: <br />AEU will provide a project schedule in CPM format with milestones or engineering, <br />permits, material deliveries, installation, and startup. The work is expected to require <br />approximately 280 calendar days to complete, subject to delays in supply chain delivery. <br />Cost: <br />The above is offered for the sum of $141,297.00 plus sales tax $11,868.95 totaling <br />$153,165.95. <br />Escalation: <br />This proposal is conditioned upon the ability to complete the project offered at present <br />prices for materials and equipment. If AEU is unable to complete the above -described <br />project without significate price increases of current prices for materials and equipment, <br />the contract sum shall be equitably adjusted to compensate for increased costs. A change <br />in price of an item of material or equipment will be considered significant when the price <br />increases 15% between the date of this proposal and the date of the applicable work. <br />This proposal is subject to the execution of a mutually negotiated contract and project <br />schedule acceptable to AEU. <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 14 of 17 <br />
