EXHIBIT "A" <br />Coordinated Scope: <br />AEU will provide the equipment, software, licenses, integration, and execution for <br />replacing the existing controls PLC system. The delivery method is design -build. <br />Scope of supply by AEU: <br />• Replace existing Modicon Quantum PLC (w/Advantys input/output modules) with <br />Modicon PLC and new input and output devices. <br />• Provide PLC licensing and upgrades as required. <br />• Integrate new PLC with existing HMI. <br />• Incorporate 34 existing 2nd floor cameras to HMI/Touchscreen including adding <br />icons and integrate call-ups associated with the camera (this assumes that the <br />doors to have cameras associated already appear on existing HMI screens.) <br />• Upgrade Annex HMI station license and replace workstation computer. <br />• A separate cost can be provided for added rooftop cameras or incorporated into <br />a revision of this proposal. <br />• Provide integration to reproduce existing functions of the touch -screen control <br />system. <br />• Provide dedicated maintenance computer for maintenance of completed system. <br />• Provide new PLC equipment in existing enclosure, utilize existing relays and <br />terminals.
