3 EXISTING CONDITIONS IN <br />THE STUDY AREA <br />The study area is located along the 1-90 <br />corridor from Easton to Cle Elum in <br />Upper Kittitas County and includes 1-90 <br />and surrounding county and local roads. <br />Communities in the study area include Easton, <br />Cle Elum, South Cle Elum, Roslyn, Nelson, and <br />Ronald.
