Parametrik Objective Scope of Work The goal of this task is to perform, coordinate, conduct, and report for the 2024 environmental monitoring at the Ryegrass Facility for the Balefill and the LPL in accordance with the updated Environmental Monitoring Plan and WAC 173-351 and WAC 173-350-400. This work will be performed through the 2024 annual environmental monitoring report due to agencies by April 1, 2025. Activities For this task we will complete the following: • Project management and monthly progress reports • Coordinate with HWA regarding groundwater monitoring • Collect quarterly LFG measurements from 17 perimeter monitoring locations surrounding the LPL (GM-1 thru GM-8) and the Balefill (GMB-1 thru GMB-9) in accordance with the Draft LFG Monitoring Plan • Modify the 26 Balefill gas vents to add a ball valve and labcock valve for sampling • Collect quarterly LFG measurements from the 26 gas vents of the Balefill in accordance with the Draft LFG Monitoring Plan • Conduct follow-up actions in accordance with the Draft LFG Monitoring Plan if necessary • Tabulate and report LFG concentrations to regulatory agencies • Tabulate and perform data validation on quarterly groundwater monitoring data • Upload data into the Sanitas® software program and perform analysis consistent with the SAP • Prepare a report for each of the First, Second, and Third quarters. • Prepare groundwater data for submittal into Ecology's Environmental Information Management (EIM) database. • Coordinate with field staff and review sampling documentation and procedures. • Coordinate with agencies regarding quarterly groundwater and landfill gas results. • Prepare the 2024 annual environmental monitoring report. The annual report will include evaluating the data in accordance with the statistical approach presented in the Draft SAP and 2023 Annual Report Kittitas County Solid Waste 553-1763-010 Ryegrass LPL and Future Uses 5 June 2024 Amendment02
