Parametrik Scope of Work <br />'fU - �i.4:�.L',�I��'l '') l� �� -9..� ��d�,•!vl7, !.,� J....:'� .6., ) <br />If unanticipated, critical work activity becomes necessary that is not within the authorized scope of <br />services, the County may authorize additional services utilizing the budget established in this task. <br />An allowance of $10,000 has again been allocated to this task. <br />Work that has been completed under this task include: <br />• Assistance with measures that could be taken to dry out the leaking septage lagoon <br />• Revised the landfill gas monitoring plan for the Balefill to comply with WAC 173-351-200 <br />• Revised the landfill gas monitoring plan for the LPL to comply with WAC 173-350-400 <br />• Developed a new environmental monitoring plan for the Ryegrass facility as part of the LPL <br />permit including quarterly reporting of data <br />• Completed first quarter perimeter landfill gas monitoring of the LPL <br />Work for this task that was completed outside of the scope included: <br />• Revised and updated site maps and figures showing important Ryegrass facility features <br />related to the environmental monitoring of the LPL and the Balefill, and historical and current <br />operations of the Biosolids program <br />• Reviewed historical Ecology files regarding the background of MTCA cleanups for the facility <br />• Coordinated with HWA and laboratories to compile and evaluate historical groundwater <br />quality data <br />• Compiled and conducted quality control and data validation of historical groundwater data <br />• Purchased of the Sanitas® Software License and data tabulation of historical data <br />• Uploaded historical and 2023 monitoring data into the Sanitas® software <br />• Evaluated outliers, perform statistical analysis of the groundwater data in compliance with <br />the EPA's unified guidance and developed upper prediction limits for the landfill <br />• Evaluated historical sources of nitrates, background water quality, and interpretation of <br />results <br />• Coordinated with HWA for the first and second quarters regarding changes to the <br />groundwater monitoring program including the updated Sampling and Analysis Plan <br />• Started on the first quarter 2024 data validation and tabulation. <br />This task is complete and will be closed out. <br />Kittitas County Solid Waste 553-1763-010 <br />Ryegrass LPL and Future Uses 4 June 2024 <br />Amendment02 <br />
