Parametrik Scope of Work <br />• Update of proposed final fill <br />• Update life -cycle analysis <br />• Update closure and post -closure cost estimates <br />• Text edits to clarify unclear portions of the 2024 plan <br />• Description of the potential for a partial closure of portions of the landfill that have reached <br />grade <br />• Fill map with clear coordinates for the top of refuse <br />• Clarification of the stormwater ditch locations <br />• Permit submittal of the 90% Plans, Specifications and Cost Estimate for the closure of the <br />LPL <br />• Permit submittal of the 90% Construction Quality Assurance Plan <br />• Multiple meetings with the regulators to determine what they were looking for in the closure <br />documentation <br />The only work assumed to be remaining in the task is coordination with the County, Ecology, and the <br />Department of Health to clarify that the updates to the Closure/Post-Closure Plan were within the <br />scope of the WAC and did not modify the substance of the existing, permitted plan. <br />Assumptions <br />• The assumptions for this task include: <br />o No further design work will be completed under this task <br />o Additional requests beyond the budget of this task will be covered under Task 08 - <br />Unanticipated Critical Work <br />o No additional calculations or writeups are needed under this task <br />Deliverable <br />• Letter explaining the updates to the Limited Purpose Landfill (LPL) Closure/Post-Closure Plan <br />for Health <br />This task is closed. Construction will not occur during this amendment period. <br />Majority of this work has been completed. Additional tasks that were completed include: <br />Kittitas County Solid Waste 553-1763-010 <br />Ryegrass LPL and Future Uses 2 June 2024 <br />Amendment 02 <br />
