Parametrik Scope of Work <br />let's create tomorrow, together <br />Kittitas County Solid Waste <br />Ryegrass LPL and Future Uses <br />Amendment 02 <br />This scope of work identifies the additional effort beyond the original scope of work for project 553- <br />1763-010. The following tasks included more work than anticipated due to the Department of <br />Ecology's (Ecology's) changing regulatory requirements and additional work and meetings needed to <br />satisfy their requirements: <br />• Task 02 - LPL Closure Design Services <br />• Task 04 - Evaluation of Borrow Soils for Other Uses <br />• Task 05 - Expansion of Biosolids Land Application Area <br />• Task 09 - Annual Environmental Monitoring Report <br />Two additional tasks are being added to this contract to meet Ecology's requirements <br />• Task 10 - 2024 Annual Environmental Monitoring Reporting <br />• Task 11 - Air Monitoring and Reporting <br />The changes in the tasks and additional items are outlined below. <br />Schedule <br />We are prepared to begin this project upon written authorization to proceed with the assumption of a <br />June 2024 start. The project duration is proposed through May 2025. If the projects extend past May <br />2025, an amendment will be requested. <br />• No changes to this task or budget. <br />Objective <br />Work under this task that has been completed includes: <br />• Closure/Post-Closure Plan Update for changes in the Financial Assurance calculation needs <br />Kittitas County Solid Waste 553-1763-010 <br />Ryegrass LPL and Future Uses 1 June 2024 <br />Amendment 02 <br />
