Contractor or Subrecipient as a match or cost -sharing provision to secure other federal <br />monies without prior written approval by the Health Care Authority. <br />g. Unallowable Costs: The Contractor or Subrecipient's expenditures shall be subject to <br />reduction for amounts included in any invoice or prior payment made which determined by <br />HCA not to constitute allowable costs on the basis of audits, reviews, or monitoring of this <br />Contract. <br />h. Supplanting Compliance: SABG: If SABG funds support this Contract, the Block Grant will <br />not be used to supplant State funding of alcohol and other drug prevention and treatment <br />programs. (45 CFR section 96.123(a)(10)). <br />i. Federal Compliance: The Contractor or Subrecipient shall comply with all applicable State <br />and Federal statutes, laws, rules, and regulations in the performance of this Contract, <br />whether included specifically in this Contract or not. <br />j.
