TOM MAYER spoke of the existing water rights and allocation. <br /> THERE BEING NO OTHERS REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> COMMISSIONER WRIGHT thanked all the partners and explained how it’s <br />gone through a rigorous review, and all parties have come together. <br />He spoke in favor of the County title and the next step is to <br />continue working together with public transparency. <br /> RESOLUTION 2024-100 SPRINGWOOD RANCH PUBLIC WORKS VICE-CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ moved to approve Resolution 2024-100, <br />Authorizing Chair Signature on an Agreement of Conveyance of Real <br />Property and Closing Documents. COMMISSIONER WRIGHT seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING SURPLUS EQUIPMENT CDS <br />At 2:23 p.m. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />equipment surplus to Kittitas County’s needs and to authorize the <br />disposal in accordance with RCW 36.34.080. <br /> CHAD BALA, CDS DIRECTOR, reviewed a Staff Report and requested the <br />Board to declare four (4) vehicles as surplus, as they are no longer <br />in use. <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING AMEND PARKING RATES EVENT CENTER <br />At 2:25 p.m. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />amendment to the parking rates at the Kittitas County Fair. <br /> KADY PORTERFIELD, EVENT CENTER DIRECTOR, reviewed a Staff Report and <br />recommended adopting amendments to the parking rates at the Kittitas <br />County Fair.
