location is 35.9 MPH with directional speeds of 36.2 MPH eastbound and 35.6 MPH <br />westbound. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />85th percentile speeds show traffic is operating at the speed of the current speed limit of <br />35 MPH. The request asks the County to consider factors which are not considered by <br />Federal Guidelines for posting speed limits on rural county roads.
