Replace existing Rooftop HVAC unit (Bid Alternate) <br />Assist with permitting and bidding <br />1. Assist the county with issuance of documents to local county for permit review <br />rather than city. <br />2. Assist County with issuance of bid documents, answer bidder questions and issue <br />addenda. The A&E team shall attend the Pre -Bid Conference if requested by <br />County. <br />3. Review Bid data received and review with County for contractor bid award. <br />Assist with Construction Administration and Project Closeout Services <br />1. Attend Virtual Pre -Construction Conference <br />2. Maintain regular construction meeting minutes if requested by the County. <br />3. A&E team to attend in person and perform field visit once a month for the <br />duration of construction the regular construction meetings with the Owner and <br />Contractor. Estimated 6 months construction duration. ( 6 on site meetings) <br />4. Attend virtually on a weekly basis, regular construction meetings with Owner and <br />Contractor. Estimated 6 months construction duration. (roughly 20 meetings). <br />5. Perform an on -site punch list walk with Owner and Contractor. <br />6. Owner shall provide punch list back check. <br />7. Review contractor submittals. <br />8. Address RFI's (Request for Information) <br />9. Assist with monthly review of Contractor pay applications with the Owner. <br />
