I am assuming the scope will be <br />similar to a Task 1 rough -order -of magnitude estimate done in February. <br />Being of a cut-up nature, with specialty components, and security, access and other logistical <br />concerns to address, there is going to be much more review time involved in this estimate update. <br />As such I am proposing an estimate and review fee of $5,600, which will breakout the major <br />scope areas as was done in the previous estimate, but with greater clarity and detail. As before, <br />all construction costs will be covered. <br />I thank you for the consideration.
