MAY 13, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chair Laura <br />Osiadacz (via Webex); Excused - Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Shelise Smithgall, Administrative Assistant and one <br />members of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT- <br /> <br />Amy McGuffin, Chamber CEO presented the Board with a status report <br />as of 4/16/2024. She reviewed the Washington Commerce ADO Grant <br />Writer Program. She explained that she had previously presented it <br />to COG and outlined the projects they would like to assist with as <br />well as funding they had been awarded. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending May 10, 2024. <br /> <br />LETTER CO. SUPPORT FOR CHAMBER TO WA TOURISM COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve Chair signature on a letter to <br />the Director of Tourism Development and Strategic Partnership – <br />Washington Mike Moe in support of the County Chamber of Commerce. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
