4.1 Collaboration * <br />4.2 Promoting Local <br />bustness <br />4.3 Host Hoiel * <br />The Easton Memorial Day Celebration Committee takes tlme. each year, to conflrm. <br />partnerships, sponsorships and identify possible new ones by reaching oul via <br />email, walk-ins, and phone calls. The contmittee is made up of communlty members <br />and those who represent the Easton Fire Department, Easlon School District, local <br />organizations and businesses in Easton. Many of our partners provide important <br />components of the day's celetlration. As an example, the Cabin Creek Cruisers host <br />the car show; the Snr:mads snowmobile club hosts the beer garden. The Hitching <br />Post Market puts on the street dance. Easton School enables us to use their parking <br />'ot <br />for the KidZone whiclr is one of our most popular activities during the day of the <br />event. Ridge Ranch, and Lake <br />Kachess campground to market the Memorial Day event which in turn sells lheir out <br />each year.
