For tourists and professionals seeking specialized knowledge and <br />insights in these areas, this event becomes an invaluable opportunity. -l-he depth of <br />expertise and industry-specific content offered here is a strong attraction. <br />Relevant Speakers: The selection of keynote speakers, who are distinguished <br />experts with real-world experience and success in their respective fields, is a major <br />draw. Traveling from a considerable distance to hear these influential figures share <br />their insights and strategies can be a unique and enlightening experience. <br />Networking and Collaboration: The emphasis on networking and collaboration within <br />and across sectors is a powerful incentive. Attendees can establish connections with <br />like-minded indivlduals, potential collaborators, and professionals from diverse <br />regions. This networking potential can extend beyond the event ilself, making it an <br />attractive prospect for those looking to expand their professional network. <br />We are most excited about the prospect of hosting a Creative District Summit. The <br />City of Ellensburg has been with multiple agencies to achieve a Creative District <br />designation. The group helping to make this happen sees a great opportunity to host <br />a Creative District Summit. Not only would it celebraie the City's achievement, ii <br />would provide a great resource for the group to begin shaping the next steps in <br />within the arts community in Ellensburg. <br />Last year we brought it 5 different speakers as well as representatives from <br />leadership positions within Kittitas County that spoke at our State of the Commullity <br />address. <br />2500 characler limil <br />Dsscrilre the prlor suocess oi your evetrtlactivltylfatilily in alltaciion lourists. <br />Our topics vary a bit from year to year. Last year we had over 200 attendees over <br />the span of our surnmits. We had our largest success when we worked collaborated <br />with the WFEA. We plan on using similar strategies as well this year. <br />The State of the Community was aitended by over 80 people to here local <br />representatives speak to issues affecting our counly. <br />Our Chamber professional Summit brought people from 4 different counties and also <br />Oregon. A key that the success was the selection of our keynote speaker. <br />At the conclusion of our hospitality and retail summit, we hosted a job fair thai was <br />open to all industries lo assist in filling job vacancies with Kitiitas County. <br />2500 Nhar.lcter limit <br />Describe how you wili p{onote your evenllactiviiyifaeility lo allract l(}urisls. <br />The Chamber will continue to use its proven method for hosting events, meetings, <br />and summits. Depending on the type of summit, we will either partner with another <br />organization to track registrations or use Google Forms or oiher iniake programs to <br />track registrations. The forms are highly customizable and can be tailored to the <br />specific needs of the summit we are arranging. The forms can be accessed both on <br />mobile and desktop devices. <br />lf our summit would result in overnight stays, we will use guest's surveys at the <br />event to determine overnight stays. ln addition, we would follow up directly with <br />registered attendees based on the data we collect during the registration process. <br />2500 character limil
