This kicks olf the extended <br />holiday weekend and stands as the sole community celebration on the 4th of July <br />with fireworks within Kittitas County. With its broad appeal, this celebration beckons <br />day trippers, guests slaying at the Suncadia Resort, and our local communily. <br />Our lndependence Day Ce'ebration continues to be a cherished tradition, open lo <br />all, and completely free of charge. Festivities will commence at 2:00 PM and carry <br />on unlil approximately 10:30 PM, culminaling in a breathtaking fireworks display that <br />lights up the night sky. This year, we've selected both Memorial Park and Fireman's <br />Park in South Cle Elum as our ideal family-friendly venue. <br />The heart of our celebration beats at the main event stage, where four incredible <br />musical acts will take the spotlight, offering a diverse range ol music to suit every <br />taste. The grand finale aci is slated to grace the stage around B:00 PM, wrapping up <br />just in t,me for the fireworks show. <br />Our fireworks display is crafted and executed by a licensed fireworks cot-npany, <br />ensuring a thrilling and safe spectacle. While the cily park provides the best view, <br />the high-altiiude fireworks will paint the skies above Cle Elum, of{ering a visual feast <br />for residents and visitors alike. We collaborate closely with local authorities to <br />guarantee a secure and enjoyable fireworks presentation. <br />Our cu.rent lineup of activities includes a cozy beer garden with a tasting area, a <br />lively entertainment slage, a medley of exciting contests, and a dedicated kids'zone <br />We're also exploring exciting additions to our family-friendly offerings, such as <br />bounce houses, midway games, and other attractions designed to captivate kids <br />aged 6 to 13. <br />We are in the midst of deliberations regarding a new and enticing component of our <br />event called "Red, White, and Brews." This distinct section of our celebration would <br />be cordoned off to spotlight a selecl group of breweries, offering tastings reminiscent <br />of our renowned Roslyn Mountain Ale Festival. We are also exploring how our <br />celebralion wilI honor our military and veterans <br />As we prepare to paint the town red, white, and blue, we invite you to join us lor a <br />day ol pairiotic fun, fantastic music, delectable brews. and a mesmerizing fireworks <br />display.
