EXCLUSIONS: <br />Repair or replacement of equipment found to be non -working. <br />• Changes required by the authority having jurisdiction. <br />• Changes to HMI programming other than specifically listed above.. <br />WARRANTY <br />The new PLC is provided with a 1-year warranty. AEU will require remote access to the system through <br />the internet to support the warranty. AEU has included in this proposal a maintenance computer on <br />site, connected to the security network. AEU has not included any internet access costs with this <br />proposal. <br />SCHEDULE <br />AEU will provide a project schedule in CPM format with milestones for engineering, permits, material <br />deliveries, installation, and startup. The work is expected to require approximately 280 calendar days <br />to complete, subject to delays in supply chain delivery. <br />COST <br />The above is offered for the sum of $141,297.00 (One hundred forty-one thousand two hundred <br />ninety-seven US dollars.) <br />Escalation - <br />This proposal is conditioned upon the ability to complete the project offered at present prices for <br />materials and equipment. If AEU is unable to complete the above -described project without significant <br />price increases of current prices for materials and equipment, the contract sum shall be equitably <br />adjusted to compensate for increased costs.
