1. Contractors utilizing the water fill station must comply with all applicable <br />regulations, including but not limited to environmental regulations, water <br />conservation measures, and any restrictions imposed by the City of Cle Elum. <br />2. All water procured from the water fill station must be used within the Critical <br />Water Supply Service Area including Cle Elum, South Cle Elum, Roslyn, <br />Ronald, and Suncadia, including the Urban Growth Areas. <br />3. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the revocation of access <br />to the water fill station and/or other penalties as deemed appropriate by the <br />City. <br />C. Monitoring and Enforcement <br />1. The City reserves the right to monitor usage at the water fill station to ensure <br />compliance with applicable regulations and may reduce or restrict usage if <br />necessary to maintain an adequate water supply or for any other reason <br />deemed necessary by the city. The city does not guarantee the availability of <br />water at the fill station. <br />2. Any suspected misuse or abuse of the water fill station may be reported to the <br />appropriate authorities for investigation and enforcement action. <br />D. Penalties <br />1. Violation of the provisions outlined in this section may result in penalties, <br />including but not limited to fines, suspension of access to the water fill station, <br />and other enforcement actions as deemed necessary by the City. <br />2. Penalties for violations of this section shall be determined in accordance with <br />the penalties outlined in Section 13.12.210 the Cle Elum Municipal Code. <br />Section 2. Severability. Should any portion of this Ordinance, or its application to any person <br />or circumstance, be declared unconstitutional or otherwise invalid for any reason, such decision shall <br />not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance or its application to other persons <br />or circumstances. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
