L I <br />�L5C <br />ARCHITECTS <br />Termination <br />Either party may terminate the agreement for convenience after seven (7) days of <br />written notice of intent to terminate. The Client shall be responsible for all costs and <br />charges incurred up to the date of termination, including reasonable costs for ALSC <br />to close the work and organize files. ALSC agrees not to charge for lost or <br />anticipated profits on the work not completed and will provide copies of work files to <br />Kittitas County upon receipt of final payment. <br />Acknowledgment <br />This proposal will remain valid for a period of 60 days.
