M <br /> (5) The county shall notify the applicant in writing if a notice of final decision on the project has not been <br /> made within the time limits specified in this section.The notice shall include a statement of reasons why <br /> the time limits have not been met and an estimated date of issuance of a notice of final decision. <br /> (6) Failure of the county to make a final decision within the timelines specified by this chapter shall not <br /> create liability for damages. <br /> (7) Timelines for processing shoreline substantial development,shoreline conditional use and shoreline <br /> variance permits shall be in accordance with the provisions of this chapter unless otherwise specified in <br /> chapter 30.44 SCC. <br /> (8) Timelines for processing personal wireless service facility permits shall be in accordance with the <br /> provisions of SCC 30.28A.030. <br /> Growth Management Act - Appendix D 68 <br />
