Non-emergency <br />o Examples: Uninjured rider unable to process due to physical or mechanical issues <br />o lf the rider can make it to the aid station, the race organizers will have the ability <br />to transport the rider and bike back to the start/finish area at the completion of <br />their duties <br />o lf the rider is unable to progress to the aid station, the group can decide if they <br />can retrieve the rider. <br />o lf they are unable to retrieve the rider, 91L will be alerted as well as the Kit Co <br />SAR deputy <br />n Emergency <br />o The on-site EMTwill determine if the participant needs emergency care. lf so, <br />they will contact 911 directly and initiate the process <br />o lf the participant is in a remote location, the Kit Co SAR team should be alerted <br />as well <br />n Communication with relevant agencies <br />o Kittitas co sARe <br />organizer is in contact with Kit co sheriff's sAR unit.
