The purpose of this Statement of Work is to set forth in detail the Software and Services deliverables to <br />be provided by HARRIS, the milestones, schedule and acceptance criteria for such deliverables, the <br />process for changes in scope and the respective responsibilities of HARRIS and CLIENT in connection <br />with this Statement of Work. HARRIS will be the Prime Contractor for all application software and <br />Services being provided under the Contract with CLIENT. <br /> <br />This Statement of Work shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the Software License, <br />Implementation and Support Agreement, dated _______________ between N.
