11 Cayenta V9 Statement of Work Deliverables Detail Below is a detailed listing of all deliverables in scope of this project. With each deliverable are specific responsibilities to be performed by HARRIS and CLIENT respectively as part of completion of this deliverable. Acceptance criteria for each deliverable specifies the criteria by which CLIENT will accept the deliverable upon completion by HARRIS. Upon satisfying the acceptance criteria for the deliverable will make the deliverable eligible to be billed as defined in the Payment Milestones section of this document. Deliverable ID 1.01 Deliverable Type Fixed Price Deliverable Name Project Management Services - Month 1 Deliverable Description HARRIS will provide a Project Manager to manage the planned activities for the project in order to deliver the scope as defined in this document. Working with the CLIENT Project Manager, the HARRIS Project Manager will provide project management services as outlined in the Harris Responsibilities section of this deliverable. HARRIS Responsibilities • Develop the project schedule • Co-facilitate the project kickoff meeting with CLIENT Project Manager • Prepare weekly status reports • Facilitate weekly status meetings • Co-facilitate monthly Executive Steering Committee meetings with CLIENT Project Manager • Provide management and direction to HARRIS project team members CLIENT Responsibilities • Provide input & feedback as required to weekly status reports • Provide input & feedback as required to Executive Steering Committee presentation • Co-facilitate monthly Executive Steering Committee meeting • Co-facilitate project kickoff meeting • Provide management and direction to CLIENT team members • Attend weekly status meetings Deliverable Acceptance Criteria End of Month 1 of the project Deliverable ID 1.02 Deliverable Type Fixed Price Deliverable Name Project Management Services - Month 2 Deliverable Description HARRIS will provide a Project Manager to manage the planned activities for the project in order to deliver the scope as defined in this document.
