Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 14 of 19 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />1. Contractor shall pick up and recycle or dispose of lead acid batteries received by the <br />County. <br />2. Contractor shall provide a truck within 5 days of notification by the County that pick-up <br />services are needed. <br />3. Contractor will remove lead batteries from either of the county designated collection <br />locations in Cle Elum, and Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> <br />6.Under no circumstances shall any of the lead acid batteries hauled from a County Solid Waste facility be disposed of unlawfully by the Contractor. <br />4. Contractor shall recycle or properly dispose of all lead acid batteries received from the <br />County in accordance with all federal and state laws. <br />5. County shall provide Contractor weighing services for all shipments leaving <br />County locations. Contractor shall weigh in empty on site and weigh out after <br />receiving prepared shipment.
