<br /> <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br /> STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2023- ____ <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING CONTRACT CHANGE <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County went out to bid on August 1, 2023 for the Upper <br />Courthouse parking lot project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County received bids on August 21, 2023, in the commissioner’s <br />office and we received three bids; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County awarded the project to JM Pacific on September 5, 2023; <br /> <br />WHEREAS: SCJ Alliance has reviewed and quantities of material installed and the <br />Change order for sealcoating the full parking lot approval of the revised quantities and <br />total cost increase of $9879.29 and; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: the Board of County Commissioners, in <br />authorized the contract change for Kittitas County Upper Courthouse Parking Lot to J.M. <br />Pacific Construction Inc. <br /> <br />DATED THIS _____ day of November 2023 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br />________________________________________ <br /> Cory Wright - Chairman <br /> <br />________________________________________ <br /> Brett Wachsmith - Vice Chairman <br /> <br />________________________________________ <br /> Laura Osiadacz - Commissioner <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />
