IV. REVENUE SHARING A. AOC' in its sole discretion, may initiate the revenue sharing. AOC will notifythe Court no later than May 1, 2024 that AOC intends to ieallocate fundingamong courts. lf AOC determines the Court may not spend all monies availabl6under the Agreement, then AOC may reduce ff,e ngreement amount. lf AOCdetermines the Court may spend more money thJn is available under theAgreement and for its scope, then the AOC may increase Agreement amount. B' lf the AoC initiates the revenue sharing process, then the Court must submit afinal revenue sharing A_19 to payaFles6icourts.wa.go.y between July 1 2,2024and August1,2024. V. APPROPRIATIONS The terms of this Agreement are contingent upon sufficient appropriations andauthorization mad.e by the Legislature. of Washington State (Legislature) for theperformance of this Agreement. lf sufficient approprLtion, and authorization are notmade or removed by the Legislature, this Agreement will terminate immediately uponwritten notice given by the Aoc to the Court.-The decision as to whether appropriationsare sufficient to perform the duties under this Agreement is within the sole discretion ofAOC. VI. AGREEMENT ALTERATIONS AND AMENDMENTS This Agreement shall only be amended by the agreement of the parties. Amendmentsare not binding unless provided in writing, authori)ed and signed by the individuals withthe contractual capacity on beharf of eaci of the p"rtiur. VII.
