DocuSign Envelope lD: C6852266-74D0-456F-81 92-4E8980F67D03 <br />INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT IAA24587 <br />BETWEEN <br />WASHINGTON STATE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS <br />AND <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />This Agreement is entered into by and between the Washington State Administrativeoffice of the courts (Aoc) and Kittitas county <br />(Court), which will collectively be known as the "Parties" and individually as the "party". <br />I. PURPOSE <br />The purpose of this Agreement is to track the time involved monthly for State Trainers in <br />the Juvenile court case Management Assessment process (cMAp). <br />II. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE <br />Performance under this Agreement begins on January 1,2024 regardless of the date of <br />signature of the Agreement and ends on June 30,2024. <br />III. PAYMENT/ REIMBURSEMENT <br />A. AOC will reimburse the Court up to a maximum/NTE of $4,000, with hourly <br />rates of $58.81 for costs incurred from January 1,2024 lo June 30,2024 <br />regarding training services provided. Court will use the funds as described inExhibit A. <br />B. Before payment can be processed, properly completed invoices on state formA-19 must be submitted to Aoc Financial services atpayables@courts.wa.qov. Payments made by Aoc within 30 days of receipt <br />properly- completed A-19 invoice shall be deemed timely. <br />All invoices shall provide and itemize, at a minimum, the following: <br />1. Agreement Number <br />2. Court name, address, phone number3. Court Federal Tax ldentification Number4. Description of procured goods and services5. Date(s) of procured goods and services6. Hours broken down by service <br />7. Agreed hourly rate <br />8. Total lnvoice Price <br />D. The Court shall maintain sufficient backup documentation of expenses under <br />this Agreement. <br />E' lncorrect or incomplete invoices shall be returned by AOC to Court for <br />correction and reissuance, and may result in delays in funding.F. The Court shall submit invoices to-AOC for expenditures nJmore frequenly <br />_ lun monthly, and no less frequenfly than quarterly. <br />G' Reimbursement payments under this agreement will only be made to the Court <br />or funding authority that has incurred the cost of the items and services eligiblefor reimbursement.
