ASSICNMENT <br />No riglrt or claiur of the RECIPIENT arisin5: under this Agreement shall be transfen.ed or assigned by the RECIpIENT. <br />6. COMMLTNICATION <br />RECIPIENT shall make evety effo$ to rnair-tain effective conrmunications with the RECIpIENT,s designees, ECoLoGy, allaffected local, state, or federal ju.isdictions, and any interested i'dividuals or.groups. <br />7. COMPENSAIION <br />a) Any work perfonned plior to eff'ective dete of this Agleernent will be at the sole expense and risk of the RECIpIENT.ECOLOGY must sign tbe Ag'eement befbre any paylnent requests can be submitted. <br />b) Payrnents will be tnade on a reitrbursable basis for apploved and conrpleted wor.k as specified in this Agreement.c) RECIPIENT is responsible to determine if costs are eligible. Any questions legarding eligibility should be clarified withECOLOGY prior to incuffing costs. costs that ale conditionally eligible require approval by ECoLoGy prior to expenditure.d) RECIPIENT shall not invoice tnole than rnce per month unless agr.eed on by ECOLOGy, <br />e) ECOLoGY will not process paylnent reqrests rvithout the propel reirnbursement forrns, progress Report and supportingdocumentation.
