Level lservices (AdultDay care) are supervised day frograms wherd frail and disabled adults can participate insocial, educational, and recreational programs without the need for skilled nursing, <br />(b) Community lnclusion Services are individualized and provided in integrated communitysettings with other individuals without disabilities. The activities are based on Clientinterests and provide opportunities typically experienced by the general public of similar agein their local community, accessible <br />-by <br />prutic tiansit or a reasonable commute from theirhome' The goal of the service is to support Clients to participate, contribute, and developrelationships with. community membeis who are not paid staff.
