ALLIANCE <br />CONSULTING SERVICES <br />Scope of Work <br />Kittitas County On -Call <br />Phase 7- Fairgrounds RV Park <br />Ellensburg, WA <br />Prepared For: Kittitas County <br />Prepared By: Dan Ireland, PE, Principal <br />SCJ Alliance <br />Date: December 15, 2023 <br />Introduction: <br />SCJ has prepared this amendment to the On -Call contract to provide a site feasibility review for the <br />development of an RV Park located east of Alder Lane within the City of Ellensburg and within the <br />Kittitas Valley Event Center Master Plan. <br />Project Background/Need: <br />The project area consists of a 4.5-acre site located within the Kittitas Valley Event Center (KVEC) use <br />area. SCJ will develop a concept layout of the park including amenities that meet the County and KVEC <br />needs for all -year use. The purpose of this initial phase of work is to further understand the program, <br />scope, estimated costs, and permitting to develop a park at this location. This initial phase will be <br />completed after meeting with the City of Ellensburg for a pre -application meeting and reviewing their <br />final comments.
