01/08/2024 MINUTES 2 <br />Thresea Plue – Expressed concerns for the City project at Craig’s <br />Hill and felt its unstable currently and should be monitored. <br /> <br />Kathy BaLue – Stated that the Craigs Hill project is a complete mess <br />and it’s heartbreaking. She stated it’s also very upsetting to the <br />Native American community. <br /> <br />Penny Whitman – Stressed that the communication to the residents <br />from the City regarding the project is lacking and concerning and <br />that we all need to work together. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending January 5, 2024. <br /> <br />REAPPOINTMENTS 2024 BOARDS COMMITTEES COMMISSIONS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator presented and reviewed the 2024 <br />requests for reappointment. She stated that the following members <br />had responded and were seeking reappointment: Reappointment of Gary <br />Berndt for a 3 year term to the Public Lands Advisory Committee, <br />effective 1/1/2024 and to expire 12/31/2026, and noted Anita Boyum <br />was not requesting to renew her term. <br /> <br />Reappointments of Eric Celigoy, Matt Martin, Jessie Blackwood, Bret <br />Hollar, and Greg Zempel, for a 3 year term to the Kittitas County <br />Fair Board effective 1/1/2024 and to expire 12/31/2026. <br /> <br />Reappointments of Samuel Pavel; Milton Johnston; Aaron Greear & Ron <br />Cline to the Kittitas County Airport Advisory Committee (AAC) for a <br />3 year term, effective 1/1/2024 and to expire 12/31/2026. <br /> <br />Reappointment of Toby Allphin to the Kittitas County Developmental <br />Disabilities Advisory Committee for a 3 year term, effective <br />1/1/2024 and to expire 12/31/2026. <br /> <br />Reappointments of David Sturgell & Matthew Stalder to the Kittitas <br />County Homelessness & Affordable Housing Committee for a 2 year <br />term, effective 1/1/2024 and to expire 12/31/2025. * Noting no
