<br />12/19/2023 MINUTES 5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2023-231 EQUIPMENT RENTAL RATES PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2023-231, Adopting of the Kittitas County Public <br />Works Monthly Equipment Rental Rates Pursuant to Revised Code of <br />Washington 36.33A.040 for 2024. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS TRANSPORTATION PLANNING PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve a Request for a Statement of Qualifications supporting <br />transportation modeling and planning, planning services, and <br />professional civil engineering services for the Snoqualmie Pass <br />Comprehensive Safety Plan, to be accepted until January 18, 2024, at <br />10:00 a.m. in the Kittitas County Public Works Department 411 N. Ruby <br />Street, Suite 1, Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish <br />said notice. <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AUDITOR <br /> <br />Approve Setting a Public Hearing to consider reviewing the final project <br />performance on the Washington State Department of Commerce CDBG – <br />Coronavirus CDBG-CV1 & CV2 funded by the Community Development Block <br />Grant, to be held on Tuesday January 2, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the <br />Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West <br />5th Avenue Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said <br />notice. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT UPPER COUNTY SENIOR CENTER COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County and the Upper Kittitas <br />County Senior Center, in the amount of $40,000.00, to provide public <br />services to benefit senior citizens and others in Upper Kittitas County, <br />from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT HOPESOURCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County and HopeSource, in the <br />amount of $24,000.00, to provide referral and transportation services <br />for senior citizens in the Upper County, from January 1, 2024, through <br />December 31, 2024. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT CITY OF CLE ELUM – LIBRARY SERVICES COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County and the City of Cle Elum; <br />Library Board of Trustees, in the amount of $31,000.00, to provide <br />library services for Kittitas County residents living outside the city <br />limits of Cle Elum, from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. <br /> <br /> <br />
