Reclplents should refer to the Notioe of Fundlng Opportunity for further <br />information on the Buy America preference and waiver proces$. <br />Article XXXVlll' SAFECOM <br />Recipients reoelvlng federal financlal assistanoe awarde made under programs that provide emergency communication <br />equlpment and its related activltiee must comply wlth the SAFECOM Guidance for Emergency Communication Grants, <br />lncludlng provlsions on technlcal standards that ensure and enhance interoperable communications, <br />Artlcle XXXIX - Terrorist Financing <br />Reciplents musi comply wlth E.O. 13224 and U,8, laws that prohiblt transaotions wlth, and the provislons of resources and <br />support to, lndividuale and organizatlons associated with terrorism.
