<br />services to beneficiariee, Reciplents must comply with the equal treatment policles and requirements contained in 6 C,F.R.
<br />Part 19 and other applloable statues, regulatione, and guidanoe governlng the particlpations of falth-based organizations in
<br />lndividual DHS programs.
<br />Artlcle XXX - Non-Supplantlng Requirement
<br />Reclplents receiving federal financialassistance awards made under ptograms that prohlbit supplanthg by law must ensure
<br />that federal funds do not replace (supplant) funds that have been budgeted for the same purpose through non-federal
