<br />thls proJeot and ldentified in the Threat and Hazard ldentlfication and Risk Analysis (THIRA) or Stakeholder Preparedness
<br />Review (SPR) or sustalns exlsting capabilities as applicable. The capability gap reduotion must be addressecl in the Project
<br />Description of the BSIR for each project.

<br />offtce (DHS FAO) may requlte applicants to oertihT additional assurances. Applioants are required to fill out the assurances as

<br />All recipients, subreclplents, successors, transfereee, and assignees must acknowledge and agree to comply with appllcable
<br />provisions governing DHS aecess to records, accounts, documents, lnformatlon, faoilitieo, and staff.

<br />ll. Reoipients muet glve DHS accese to examlne and oopy reoords, accounts, and other doouments and souroes of lnformatlon

<br />lll, Reclplents must submlt tlmely, complete, and accurate reports to the approprlate DH$ offiolals and malntaln approprlate
<br />backup dooumentatlon to support the reports.
<br />lV. Reciplente must comply wlth all other speoial reporting, data collectlon, and evaluation requlrementc, as prescribed by law,
<br />or detailed ln program guidance.
<br />V. Reclpiento (as defined in 2 C,F,R, PatlzOA and lncluding reclpients actlng as pass-through entitles) of federalfinanoial
<br />assistance from DH8 or one of lts awarding component agencies must complete the DHS Civll Rights Evaluatlon Tool
<br />withln thirty (30) days of receipt of the Notloe of Award for the first award under which thia term applles. Reclplents of
<br />multiple awards of DHS iinanolal assistance ehould only submit one completed tool for their organization, not per award.
<br />After the lnltial submlsslon, reclplents ar6 required to complete the tool once every two (2) years if they have an active
<br />award, not evory time an award le made. Reciplents should submit the compteted tool, lncludlng supportlng materials, to
