Kittitas County Code, all Titles <br />B. Kittitas County Comprehensive Plan <br />C. Kittitas County Long-Range Transportation Plan <br />D. Adopted Community Plans <br />E. Kittitas County Capital Improvement Program <br />F. WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction <br />G. WSDOT Standard Plans <br />H. WSDOT Design Manual <br />I. WSDOT Bridge Design Manual <br />J. WSDOT Construction Manual <br />K. DOE Stormwater Management Manual for Eastern Washington (SWMMEW) <br />L. ITE Trip Generation Manual <br />Design and construction of roads, bridges, and stormwater systems shall also utilize applicable <br />industry standard design and construction guidance, including, but not limited to, the most <br />current, as amended edition of the list of publications and sources below. In all cases, when <br />reference publications and design guidance is referenced in these standards, the latest edition, <br />as amended version of that document shall be utilized. <br />A.
