Dimensions for: roadway width, lane width, shoulder width, right-of-way location <br />and width, sidewalk width, planter strip width, cut and fill slopes, cross slope of finished <br />grade surfaces, cross slope of finished grade pedestrian surfaces that are compliant <br />with the most current version of ADA guidance. <br />E. Size, type, dimension, depth, and material specifications for each roadway <br />component, including: curbs, sidewalk, hot mix asphalt pavement, bituminous surface <br />treatments, concrete pavement, top course, base course, subbase, together with <br />specifications for treatment of subgrade, construction geotextiles, and over excavation <br />if needed. <br />Typical sections shall reference all applicable standard details (Kittitas County, <br />City, WSDOT or other as needed) and custom details related to the roadway <br />elements shown. <br />Plans and Profiles: <br />A. Plan View. The plan view shall include, but is not limited to, the following: <br />1. Existing site features: <br />a. All topographic features within the right-of-way limits. Topographic <br />survey limits shall extend a minimum of one hundred feet shall be shown <br />on either side of centerline and minimum of two hundred feet shall be <br />shown beyond the end of the road. Additional topographic features shall <br />be shown beyond the minimum limits to resolve questions of setback, <br />slope, drainage, access onto abutting property, and road continuations. <br />Additional topographic survey may be required as directed by the County <br />Engineer. <br />b. All existing surface features within the topographic survey limits described <br />above, including but not limited to: curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways, <br />pedestrian curb ramps, walkways, ditches, fences, gates, walls, mail boxes, <br />signs, light poles, power and communication poles, guardrails, handrails, <br />steps, crosswalks, stop bars, roadway striping, landscape features, <br />buildings, bridges, pavement limits, gravel roadway limits, foundations, <br />trees, shrubs, etc.
