4. Partial Funding: lf this project were to receive only partial funding from this source, <br />how would the project be impacted? How would the proposal be adjusted for less than <br />the requested amount of funds? (250 words max.) <br />lf this request were to only receive partial funding, it would mean reducing the number of <br />homeless households that could be served, especially those who have no ilternative resourcesor options, and suffering as a community for those who cannot be served and must live in their <br />cars or other unsuitablestructures. HopeSource would be required to reduce yHDp funding and <br />services or divert funds from other housing programs, reducing services to non-yHDp <br />households. <br />16
