Sustainability: Describe how this project would or wouldn't be sustained if these <br />Homelessness Prevention and Affordable Housing funds were not available either <br />currently or in the future. (250 words max.) <br />HopeSource must provide matching dollars to sustain the YHDP program in Kittitas County. lf <br />HAHC funds are unavailable, HopeSource must seek community funding from other local <br />sources, of which there are few, or use funding from existing HopeSourie programs, limiting the <br />number of non-YHDP households that could be served. <br />15
